DELIVERY

Notification of non-delivery or short delivery must be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice.


RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the artwork or have changed your mind, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of the contract, or 7 days of receipt of the work (whichever is the longer). Please email us before you return the art to tell us that you are returning it and the reason why. Where goods have been dispatched it is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect goods verifying quantity specifications and details. Upon receipt of the goods the purchaser must raise any queries or complaint about the goods within 7 days: otherwise Turner Barnes Gallery will deem the purchase and delivery, accepted by you.
 
DAMAGED ARTWORKS
If an artwork is damaged upon arrival at your specified delivery address, please email us within 48 hours and submit an image of the damage as proof to allow us to investigate further. Please follow “MAKING A RETURN” instructions below.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
 Any orders made between 1 – 24 December can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Artworks must be returned in the same condition and received within the 30 day returns window to qualify for a refund.
 
REFUND POLICY
Goods must be returned in the same condition as received for either a full refund or replacement goods.
If goods are unsuitable, damaged or being returned for any other reason, regardless of the currency that the order was paid in, refunds from Turner Barnes Gallery will ONLY be made in GBP. A full refund would be for the money received by Turner Barnes Gallery. Turner Barnes Gallery are not responsible for currency fluctuations and will not change the amount to be refunded based on fluctuations or fees incurred by the recipient’s bank.
Any deposit taken for an artwork is seen as a commitment to purchase and cannot be refunded unless the artwork is not as described.
 
MAKING A RETURN
1. Please email info@turnerartperspective.com and request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item has been damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. 2. All artworks must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived. In order to qualify for a refund, artworks must be carefully packed and returned in their original packaging. 3. Once your order has been safely received back by the gallery, we will process your return and refund the credit or debit card you used to pay with. Please note refunds can take approximately 5 – 10 working days to arrive, depending upon the bank.
 
COMISSIONED ARTWORKS
We will occasionally offer commissions to customers who have specific requirements or order an artwork which is unavailable. Due to their bespoke nature, we can’t accept returns of commissioned works and no refunds are available.
 
DISPATCH POLICY
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
Originals are not always held at the Gallery, so may take longer for delivery. Turner Barnes Gallery will advise on order.
Goods are normally dispatched within 7 days. If we are unable to despatch your order within 14 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
 
SHIPPING/INSURANCE
The cost of goods does not include delivery charges unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Standard shipping options cover loss and damage to artworks to a maximum of £10,000. Additional shipping insurance is available to purchase, please contact us for a quote.
Unless additional insurance is taken with us, our liability for claims of loss or damage is limited to either the value of the goods or repair/restoration to a maximum of £10,000.
Goods in transit being shipped or delivered to you will be covered by Turner Barnes Gallery insurance up to and including the point of collection or as arranged by you.
Turner Barnes Gallery will not accept any responsibility for goods being delayed as a result of shippers and or courier services. Turner Barnes Gallery is not responsible for the payment of any import or customs duties that maybe payable on any goods ordered.
 
COLOURS
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
 
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
 
CONSUMER RIGHTS
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
