Turner Art Perspective galleries are based in Chelmsford & Shenfield, Essex, UK. The Chelmsford gallery is located in a warehouse space, on a 3,000 acre farm. The Shenfield gallery is a white-walled space in a charming retail suburb.
SHOWCASING BRITISH AND INTERNATIONALLY ACCLAIMED ARTISTS
As the leading Chelmsford art gallery, we're proud to showcase emerging artists from the UK and further afield, and they don't come with more buzz than Preston Paperboy. He uses mixed media to create complex, textured portraits with vibrant colour schemes, all of which carry his 'Smiler' logo.
In contrast, discarded Victorian photographs and vintage postcards are the foundation of Roo Abrook's beautiful collaged portraits, which incorporate decoration, pattern and themes of adornment.
Netherlands' abstract artist Albert Froling's paintings are heavily influenced by jazz music. He describes them as a "complex translation of my intuition".
British artist Henrietta Stuart's visits to Australia, Greece, India, Africa and eight years living in France have formed the inspiration for her abstract artworks. She has been captivated by the interaction between landscapes and light, and says: "there is nothing more abstract than the visible world".
Swapping New Zealand's mountains and coasts for London's urban skyscape has provided printmaker and painter Hamish Macaulay with near-limitless inspiration, while also incorporating upcycling into his meticulous pieces.
