This is an original contemporary figurative painting built up with layers of oil paint. Areas of detail contrast with fluid washes and drips, looking for a balance between figure and space, stillness and movement.

Sometimes, for one brief moment, we feel a oneness with the world in which we live; with nature and with our own nature. A sense of how we fit into the great tapestry of life. In this piece Toni was searching for this kind of moment.
