Nicole Rose | The Reunion
"The Reunion is another piece exploring the
space between reality and recollection. The initial shapes that are the base
builders of my work are rooted in the views that I see when I’m out walking at
my local nature reserve, but the colours, the blending, the softening and the
emotion within the painting come from when I keep working on a piece, building
up the layers, lost in thought and memory, and that’s what comes out in
