Preston's inspiration behind his 'Fatale,' series of paintings: "The Fatale series is a collection of female portraits that allow me to explore a more 'complete' portrait in comparison to some of my more abstract/expressionist works. Fatale normally refers to a woman who lures men into dangerous situations with her beauty & seductiveness. I like the idea that the name of the series gives the female portraits some power and an underlying mystery.
