At 70 x 70 cm, the work is sized to be lived with closely, a window of cool light rather than a body of water. The making follows the series' method: ink on fine canvas, hand-embellished with diamond dust, so the painted gradient of aqua, mint and blue jade shimmers as the viewer moves, the surface behaving like the energy field it depicts.
