In Monsoon Magnolia, Rachel Tooth captures a moment
of wild beauty as delicate magnolia blossoms are swept into the force of a
tropical monsoon. Fleeting brushstrokes suggest petals trembling in the rain,
branches bending in the wind and a landscape alive with movement. Against a stormy palette of black and white, flashes of
vibrant orange emerge like bursts of warmth through the clouds. The result is a
scene suspended between fragility and force; nature at its most delicate, and
most powerful.
